Xbox Details Upcoming Release Lineup for October 12 to 16

Xbox has outlined its slate of digital releases scheduled to arrive across Xbox consoles, PC, and Xbox Game Pass between October 12 and October 16. The incoming wave brings a variety of new entries spanning major franchises, retro-style shooters, simulation builders, and family adventures.

A major centerpiece of the week is early campaign access for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 starting October 16 for pre-order customers, preceding the game's full global launch on October 23. Konami is also slated to debut Castlevania: Belmont's Curse on October 15, which places Trevor Belmont and his daughter Rose into a monster-infested Paris in 1499. Simulation players will see Frontier Developments launch Planet Zoo 2 on October 13, featuring flying and fully aquatic creatures alongside dedicated wildlife reserves.

The weekly schedule is further rounded out by retro first-person shooter Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun 2 on October 14, followed by The Jackbox Party Pack 12 and photography title Bluey's Happy Snaps on October 15. Game Pass recipients will also see several day-one additions, including dungeon crawler Deep Dish Dungeon and resurrected-soldier action title Valor Mortis on October 13.
