NGRWarframe Devstream 198 Highlights Upcoming Tau Content and New Star Chart
Digital Extremes unveiled details for Warframe: Tau, showcasing Brysko's abilities, new weapons, and the desert wastelands of Perita.

The latest developer broadcast for Warframe provided an in-depth preview of the upcoming Warframe: Tau expansion scheduled to release later this year. Serving as the initial entry of two dedicated streams, the presentation detailed features arriving across an expanded Star Chart.
During the stream, viewers received a look at the newly revealed character Brysko, including a demonstration of his distinct abilities and an arsenal of weapons. Developers also introduced the Chimera Skin designed for Brysko, marking the debut of a new category of elite cosmetic customizations.
In addition to the combat showcase, the presentation expanded on incoming environments beyond Fornax by detailing the wastelands of Perita. This moon setting pits players against harsh conditions where hostile desert clans compete over remaining resources. A second broadcast dedicated to the Tau release is scheduled to air next month with further reveals.
