Fortnite Treasure Hunters Season Adds One Piece Crossover and Free Cosmetic Tokens

Fortnite kicks off its Treasure Hunters season with One Piece cosmetics and rare tokens granting two weeks of free Item Shop items.

Epic Games has launched the new Treasure Hunters season in Fortnite, introducing a pirate-themed collaboration with One Piece alongside a rare gameplay incentive. Players exploring the island can search for special treasure chests that hold valuable loot, including an elusive item dubbed the Pirate Shop Token.

Securing a Pirate Shop Token rewards a player and their squad with two full weeks of free Item Shop cosmetics. This perk covers most items normally acquired with V-Bucks, though real-money purchases are excluded. The tokens come in two variations: one valid between November and December 15 of the current year, and a second variant that can be activated from January 1 through the end of 2027. However, drop rates for the token are expected to be very low, even with scheduled boosted drop events like Mastery Mondays and Treasure Hours Sundays.

The seasonal event also populates the store with extensive crossover cosmetics. Outfits for One Piece characters Luffy, Nami, and Usopp are available at launch, with Zoro, Sanji, and a Chopper Sidekick slated to arrive on November 7. Additional themed skins arriving throughout the month include musicians A$AP Rocky and Lil Uzi Vert, as well as virtual singers Kasane Teto and Cap'n Hatsune Miku.
