Developer The Coalition has launched the first significant update for Gears of War: E-Day following the title's full arrival earlier this month. The studio characterized the patch as an extensive release planned to touch nearly every section of the title.
A primary focus of the new download involves widespread fixes across the game's core offerings. Players can expect gameplay adjustments and corrections applied to the campaign, Versus matches, and the Horde Siege mode.
Alongside mode-specific tuning, the developers integrated stability and optimization enhancements across compatible hardware setups. These changes specifically target stability issues, aiming to eliminate crashes and prevent performance degradation during prolonged sessions.
