Control Resonant has crossed the one million sales mark, establishing itself as Remedy Entertainment's fastest-selling release to date. The studio celebrated the achievement following the title's late September digital launch, thanking the player community for supporting the project.
The game reached the one million milestone within three weeks, overtaking Alan Wake 2, which previously set the studio record by achieving the same sales total across two months. Remedy communications director Thomas Puha called the milestone a strong start for the project.
The commercial performance follows an early hurdle when cracked pirated versions emerged after the digital premiere. Despite that challenge, the title has maintained momentum, with physical boxed copies now rolling out to expand sales potential further.
