Arc Raiders Version 2.0 Introduces Backpack Light Toggles and Stash Expansions

Embark Studios has deployed the 2.0 update for its extraction shooter, Arc Raiders, bringing a collection of quality-of-life adjustments alongside the Frozen Trails content. The major release follows an environment shakeup featuring snowy peaks and grappling mechanics.

Among the tactical refinements, players can now disable the emissive lights on their backpacks to stay hidden during survival runs. Additionally, the update expands the base maximum stash capacity to 328 slots prior to applying any expedition bonuses, giving scavengers more room for collected gear.

The patch also addresses several gameplay interactions and visual cues. Downed players gain the ability to check the map, proximity chat now triggers character mouth animations, and prolonged sprinting displays clear physical exhaustion animations.
