Rockstar Shares Grand Theft Auto VI Launch Trailer Ahead of Debut

Rockstar Games has officially published the launch trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI over a month prior to the title's scheduled arrival. The 90-second video focuses on dual protagonists Lucia and Jason navigating Vice City through a mix of lawful and criminal endeavors, opening with Jason explaining his difficult personal situation before connecting with Lucia.

Alongside the trailer release, reports from anonymous sources cited by GamesBeat suggest that an unconfirmed PC edition could potentially arrive in the first quarter of 2027. In the lead-up to the launch, an upcoming NBA matchup between the Miami Heat and the Milwaukee Bucks on November 18, 2026, will feature a Vice City-inspired makeover at the Kaseya Center along with themed merchandise and uniforms.

The console launch for Grand Theft Auto VI is scheduled for November 19, 2026, on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. Physical edition buyers are set to receive a code in a boxed package shipping November 12, 2026, allowing players to pre-load the game in advance.
