Petit Planet Launches This December on PC and Mobile

HoYoverse has officially revealed the launch schedule for its upcoming title Petit Planet. The game is scheduled to launch worldwide on December 4, 2026, across PC as well as mobile devices running Android and iOS. Players will be able to prepare ahead of time, as preloading opens on December 1, 2026.

The announcement coincided with a new trailer providing a closer look at the core gameplay loop. Highlighted activities include harvesting raw resources, preparing meals with gathered ingredients, decorating outdoor environments, and customizing player avatars with various costumes. Players can also communicate through an in-game messaging system and meet up with other people online.

Alongside multiplayer interactions, the title emphasizes community living with non-player characters. The showcased footage and companion shorts spotlighted neighbors such as Elsasani, an early-game rabbit character employed by Loomi Corp, and Medowlyn, a sheep who crafts plushies, demonstrating the types of residents that can populate a player's planet.
