Polyphony Digital has launched the first part of the Spec IV update for Gran Turismo 7, introducing new automotive content, a track, and additional gameplay modes at no extra cost. The patch features the arrival of the Sportsland Sugo circuit alongside six fresh vehicles, which can be acquired across the game's various dealership pavilions.

The vehicle roster introduces the all-electric Xiaomi Vision Gran Turismo concept alongside classic additions including the 1994 Ferrari F355 Berlinetta, the 1987 Honda Civic Si Group A version, and the 1986 Citroën 2 CV 6 Charleston. Players can also drive the Mazda RX-Vision GT3 Evo '26 and a modern minivan, the 2023 Honda Step WGN Spada Premium Line. Outside of the garage, the update brings six new World Circuit events, an Experience mode, and upgraded Car Viewer functionality.

Marking the 30th anniversary of the franchise, Sony also revealed a Gran Turismo Limited Edition DualSense wireless controller. Featuring motorsport styling, racing stripes, and carbon-fiber texturing, the accessory will launch worldwide on December 10 for $84.99 USD, with pre-orders opening on October 22.
