NGRFountains Adds Boss-Rush Gauntlet Mode on Xbox
Fountains introduces Gauntlet mode on Xbox, pitting players against back-to-back boss encounters after beating the campaign.

Challenging action-RPG Fountains has introduced its Gauntlet mode to Xbox following its earlier PC debut. The post-game mode becomes accessible after conquering the final boss of the main story, opening up an arena series directed by a gauntlet-shaped NPC.
The new mode tasks adventurers with overcoming all ten of the base game's bosses in sequential order. Players who own the Shattered Shape expansion can select an alternate version featuring DLC adversaries. Each triumph immediately teleports the player into the next encounter, testing endurance and combat preparedness.
To help survivors make it through the gauntlet, safe rest zones appear following the third, sixth, and ninth battles. Players can swap gear sets and refill healing flasks in these areas, and any consumable items spent throughout a run are fully refunded upon its conclusion.
