Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave Expansion Pass Revealed With Three Post-Launch Content Waves

Nintendo has formally unveiled the Expansion Pass for Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave via a trailer presented on the Nintendo Today mobile platform. The announcement confirms that the upcoming strategy RPG will receive three distinct waves of downloadable content spread across multiple release windows.

The initial drop, dubbed the Four Weapons DLC, is available immediately and equips players with prototype gear modeled after iconic hero relics from Fire Emblem: Three Houses, including homages to the Sword of the Creator, Areadbhar, and Failnaught. Later in 2026, Wave 2 will arrive during the holiday season under the title New Outfits and Godly Aid, bringing alternative costumes and hairstyles for Cai, Dietrich, Leda, and Theodora, alongside Aurora, Jurah, and Smyrnos as companion allies.

The third and final wave is scheduled to arrive in 2027, expanding the core narrative with fresh storylines focused on the four Flame Lord rival characters: Anatolia, Bertrand, Orchel, and Talimun. In addition to the narrative expansion, Wave 3 will integrate further allies and new character classes into the tactical roster.
