Grinding Gear Games has detailed the Twitch Drops campaign accompanying the upcoming ExileCon 2026 broadcast. Viewers tuning in across the weekend can unlock a fresh assortment of in-game rewards while checking out new developmental showcases for both Path of Exile and Path of Exile 2.
The promotional campaign runs from November 6 at 12:30 PM PST through November 7 at 11:59 PM PST. Audiences who link their Path of Exile accounts to Twitch can accrue watch time across the official stream or participating directory creators. Incremental viewing tiers award the Nightfowl Weapon Effect at two hours, the Level-up Effect at four hours, the Dodge Roll at six hours, and the Back Attachment after eight hours.
Unlocked cosmetics must be claimed through Twitch Inventory before the event window concludes. Once redeemed, the items immediately populate player microtransaction lists across both games. Notably, in-person ticket holders will obtain the cosmetics automatically, and developers noted that none of these promotional items are permanently exclusive, with plans to offer them in the store later.
