Dota 2 Introduces Trove of Terror Featuring Tidehunter Arcana and Returning Drow Set

Dota 2 players have gained access to a fresh collection of cosmetics with the launch of the Trove of Terror. The otherworldly chest introduces 15 new item sets crafted around eldritch themes and equipped with Immortal enhancements, expanding customization options across the roster.

The centerpiece of the collection is the Maw of the Megalodon Arcana for Tidehunter. The newly designed item equips the hero with a fresh character model, unique animations, visual effects, voice lines, and taunts, alongside three distinct shark-themed styles to unlock. The update also brings back the previously vaulted Drow Ranger Arcana, allowing players to utilize either her original look or an alternate grave-stalking style.

Beyond individual hero gear, opening multiple chests grants access to environmental rewards. Players who unlock sufficient treasures will receive a brand-new visual appearance for the Tormentor, while further openings unlock an eldritch redesign for Roshan. The new treasure is currently live inside the game client.
