Developer Draw Me a Pixel has officially launched Crushed in Time on iOS platforms. The release introduces an irreverent point-and-click adventure narrative centered around classic detective figures Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson.
Rather than a traditional investigation through Victorian England, the title subverts expectations with a meta-narrative premise. The storyline kicks off after discovering that an essential non-player character is completely missing from the game world.
Players must guide both characters through the scenario while dealing with meta mechanics and frequent fourth-wall-breaking humor as they attempt to resolve the mystery.
