NGRBattlefield 6 Adds $30 Ultimate Shortcut Kit for Instant Full Weapon Mastery
Battlefield 6 now offers a paid $30 pack that grants immediate access to all class weapons, vehicles, and gadgets at full mastery.
Alongside its Season 5 update, debut on Xbox Game Pass, and a newly released Game of the Year Edition, Battlefield 6 has introduced a substantial paid progression skip. The newly added Ultimate Shortcut Kit retails for $30 and gives players immediate access to the shooter's arsenal without requiring standard gameplay progression.
Purchasing the bundle unlocks all weapons across the four distinct classes—Assault, Support, Engineer, and Recon—already elevated to 100% Mastery. This ensures all associated weapon upgrades are fully leveled out of the box. Beyond firearms, the kit includes two fully mastered vehicles per class, designated training paths, a selection of gadgets, a Mortal Shriek dog tag, and the Field Training: Cross Trained title.
The monetization move has triggered varied reactions within the community. Some players express frustration that newcomers can purchase fully equipped gear right away rather than earning unlocks through traditional gameplay. Conversely, other players favor the option, noting it bypasses heavy grinding for those with limited free time. Historical precedent exists in the franchise, though comparable kits for Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4 launched at higher price points.
