Vertigo Games is preparing a brand-new iteration of Arizona Sunshine designed entirely without virtual reality support. This third release of the zombie shooter is scheduled to arrive on PlayStation 5 on January 21, 2027.
Unlike its original release on PlayStation VR and its subsequent remake on PlayStation VR2, this edition completely removes VR mechanics. Instead, players will experience the game through a standard third-person perspective suited for traditional console play.
Pre-orders for the title have opened at $24.99 (£19.99). Subscribers to PlayStation Plus can also take advantage of a 20 percent pre-order discount prior to the scheduled launch date.
