Publisher Whitethorn Games and developer Panpipe Studio have released Colorbound on Xbox Series X|S. The title is a puzzle-platformer created by Isaías Arrué that originated from a concept built for the Latin American Games Showcase Game Jam.

The game follows Anku, a boy living in the Chilean mountains who embarks on a journey following the death of his grandfather, Eloy. Players set out to assemble the late musician's former bandmates for a final farewell tour, exploring regional landscapes ranging from dense forests to ancient cities while using traditional instruments like the panpipe to advance the story.

Colorbound integrates color into both its narrative and mechanical design. Players collect pigments onto a palette to solve logic puzzles and traverse obstacles, with different shades altering environmental physics by making objects either float or drop. The visual presentation draws directly from Aymara and Andean heritage, combining pastel watercolor aesthetics with traditional South American musical compositions.
